From Registry Editor

Windows Registry is the Windows configuration database. This database includes information about whether the touchpad has been enabled or disabled. In the registry, the value name is EnableCursorSuppressoion. The registry value should be 0. This is false.

Here are the steps you need to take to modify the registry value to disable cursor suppression. The entire OS may malfunction if we make changes to the registry before we begin. Back up your registry before making any changes.
